Very compassionate, easy to work with.
Positive attitudes always make it a great place to work.
We work as a TEAM! They have an awesome process that everyone follows and it just works. Everyone helps everyone and they actually care about you.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Wonderful benefits. The best in the business.
The health and dental insurance at this firm is great.
They have 100% paid health benefits, which you never see anymore.
The combination of salary and benefits which make me feel valued, as an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe provide Christmas bonuses or other compensation
What are some of the best things about your team?
Staff, to include receptionists, paralegals and attorneys are amazing to work with.
There is laughter and positive reinforcement among employees and that makes for a great work enviroment.
Everyone is happy to be here. We all get along like extended family. We work as a team and assist one another.

It is a delight to work with positive feedback it motivates you to work harder and succeed.
As I have mentioned, everyone is happy to be here. You are met with smiling faces, even when the pressure is on. We have a great team of professionals here.

I met with the office manager and owner of the firm. Everyone was extremely personable.

Focus on the work and what people can do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling accomplished that I have had an impact on that day.
I enjoy the work I am given and enjoy working alongside my colleagues. We have a fun environment here.
