Horrible. Nobody listens. Leadership doesn't listen and thinks they know everything, and then wonders why things don't work out the way they anticipated. Excessive pressure on teams to do more than their role. There's no boundaries with management and employees.

There are some incredible people working here but there are some unnecessary stressors and a lot of confusion as a result of the investment/acquisition.

The leaders genuinely seem to care about their employees. In my year and a half, I've seen decision after decision made that shows how much the leaders care about their team.

My team is comprised of some exceptionally smart people who care about the work they're doing and the work they're doing.

The team connectedness even in remote times

Our first value is Family and that outlines how we treat each other. We work hard but we also make time to have fun (we have weekly competitions in our "comrade" slack channel)

Stop saying there's room for growth within the company, when that isn't the case.
