What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders genuinely seem to care about their employees. In my year and a half, I've seen decision after decision made that shows how much the leaders care about their team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is a competitive salary
Paid sick time and ability to take time off to take care of your personal life (sick kids etc)
They offer unlimited flexible time off for personal/mental health/sick time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has very passionate people on it
My team is comprised of some exceptionally smart people who care about the work they're doing and the work they're doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team connectedness even in remote times
Our first value is Family and that outlines how we treat each other. We work hard but we also make time to have fun (we have weekly competitions in our "comrade" slack channel)
