i liked the personal feel, it seemed more friendly and inviting
How casual they made it.
Being able to talk freely and honestly
Nothing, they use subjective means for hiring, I fit a quota and tax break for them, that why I was hired.
It was positive, but only one of the 4 that interviewed me are still with the company.

Everything is wrong, it needs a complete overhaul, the CEO needs to see for himself what is going on instead of depending on people whose best interest it is to make it seem like they earn their checks.
