Makes everyone feel included and heard

the emploees are the best part if the environment in general, we create happiness and positivity throughout each day

Lots of positive feedback and opportunity

The managers, and ability to grow

Employee first mentality is great

Me and many of my coworkers.

Hard to say... for the customer there is no pressure to buy since we do not get commission. You can get to know your customers and build a strong relationship with them. This is part of the job I do love.
