What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and interacting with guests. Plus doing good in the sales ranker.
The people that I work with. But, at the same time, the other people that work there, make me upset.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is wrong, it needs a complete overhaul, the CEO needs to see for himself what is going on instead of depending on people whose best interest it is to make it seem like they earn their checks.

The customers I assist. And some of the employees.

Promote by results, experience, tender and loyalty
