Would have been better if our store was taken more seriously. It seemed like we could never keep anything working always had to apologize for something not working properly even though when we told our manager they would say well we submitted a ticket but nothing ever got fixed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working together trying to share the work equally. Helping with what they could before their shift ended.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading by example and better organization of ordering product and supplies. Also supply proper uniform and training.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Invest in fixing all the broken machinery that brings the customers in and teach staff the proper way to work it.
