What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compassionate and understanding. Good at thier jobs
They keep things running even during such things as a management change

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of the GM's and staff in a financial compensation. Slow the very high turnover rate. I have seniority by 2 years which is when i got the job. I've seen it all come through.
They need training in regards to what it takes to be a manager.
Listen, come in and work the shifts you expect employees to work and finish work you expect your employees to finish alone. Add coverage to all shifts not just days! Upper management including owner needs to do what they want store clerks to do for at least 6 months without help!!
Doing their jobs and stop expecting others to do it for them.

The pay is not the only way to show appreciation to employees. We would love to be heard and not only torn apart when you decide to not be besties with the managers.
Better pay more help on later shifts DONT LIE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES
What are some of the best things about your team?
some really keep the store clean and help each other out like a team
Great people with all different personalities
They step out above and beyond to support the community
We are awesome! We always want the best for customers and each other
We look out for each other when we can, regardless of any rules that may be instated. And we always try to make aure things run smoothly between us by removing any chance for misunderstandings.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need team meetings and the ability to hold everyone accountable.
Do your work don't leave for the next person don't lie say you did something when you clearly did not
I need coworkers. I run the most dangerous shift by myself. The fact that you feel comfortable doing that shows that this company doesn't care about its employees safety.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are the best
The ones who are all friends with the managers enjoy being able to take ofd whenever or leave the store unattended.

The most positive thing we do as a team is we check in with eachother when were busy to make sure we all atay above water and float to sucess together.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A whole new crew who cares and wants to actually work
Better team that is commited to core values
I worry every day I work that I will be fired for something insignificant. Other workers can cuss at customers, smash company property, and berate other employees, yet two workers here at store #27 get singled out to do everyone else's job for them, with the threat of being fired if they don't.

Upper management should come in themselves and work to see how it is. Then listen to staff to implement necessary changes

The interest i brought to the table
That I had gotten hired in a timely manner.
The manager was personable and upfront
The interview is the best way to see how someone will act in comparision to how someone actually is

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually ask questions and make sure the people applying are who they say they are. One of my coworkers who got fired was hired without having two forms of ID.
I sat in an office for 3 hours while she would take smoke breaks and forget that I was being hired

No more offer letters, when ppl put in an application and then receive that offer letter they think they have a job

Interacting with the customers and helping them.

The employee tension during certain shifts
Need better pay employees and keep more than one person on all shifts

Invest in fixing all the broken machinery that brings the customers in and teach staff the proper way to work it.
Corporate doesn't listen and get what we need
