Taking care of the GM's and staff in a financial compensation. Slow the very high turnover rate. I have seniority by 2 years which is when i got the job. I've seen it all come through.
They need training in regards to what it takes to be a manager.
Listen, come in and work the shifts you expect employees to work and finish work you expect your employees to finish alone. Add coverage to all shifts not just days! Upper management including owner needs to do what they want store clerks to do for at least 6 months without help!!

Becoming more in tune with the stores employees and being more lenient with their situations. Not having clear favorites and treating other employees as lesser or undervalued. There is no broad respect given to my team. Only on a personal basis and barely ever then.

not having favorites. there is a employee that never wears her uniform, she will be in shorts and skrits and she hardly everr wears the right shirt and she never wears the hat, but because the manager likes looking at her he dosent say any thing to her, but because im pregnant and not as pretty he

Communication and stop with your demands of us associates to pick up stuff u didn't want to do and there is no reason all three manages need to work EVERY morning shift all the time I feel there should be at least one manager on site during each shift!
Employees harrasing other co workers
Listening to employees that work at store level. Taking complaints seriously!!! And please don't blow us off when we call or text, that's when we need help. Give stores more labor hrs so all shifts can be covered. Things are a lot different at store level than sitting at a desk
Managera that care and pay attention to ordering daily necessities like toilet paper cups straws food. The manager that doesn't blame employees because she can order correctly. Correct training. upper management that will do something about managers that throw fits and kickboxes in front of customer

Management at store #27, Raton NM 87740 needs to work on their accountability and personal skills. More often than not they pawn off all their shift duties to the "peons" in their eyes, and then constantly threaten them if/when something is amiss because their staff is run ragged.
