What did you like most about the interview process?
The interest i brought to the table
That I had gotten hired in a timely manner.
The manager was personable and upfront

No resume was needed, as I have not created one for myself yet. I liked the questions about personality rather than the typical "how much of a mind-less efficient robot are you?"

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually ask questions and make sure the people applying are who they say they are. One of my coworkers who got fired was hired without having two forms of ID.
I sat in an office for 3 hours while she would take smoke breaks and forget that I was being hired

No more offer letters, when ppl put in an application and then receive that offer letter they think they have a job
