I need coworkers. I run the most dangerous shift by myself. The fact that you feel comfortable doing that shows that this company doesn't care about its employees safety.

Pick up your slack stop being lazy were supposed to be a team

Correct training. Punishment for not doing your job. Things like stalking backstock making sure cups are stocked bathroom is cleaned Management does not do any of that nor does the other assistant manager. Customer service skills are a must and a lot of employees lack customer service skills

Shift duties need to be done as per the Redbook. 90+% of all daytime shift work is shunted off to two people on top of their own duties, who are then threatened when said workers cannot complete all tasks in the time allotted due to sheer volume of work. Managers are toxic, manipulative, and vulgar.
