I have no life outside my minimum wage job I work all the time for what? So my family can do things as a family without mom cuz she had to work. I just got married and we have 4 boys. I've missed so much for so little pay!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At least being able to pay my bills

Closing my drawer to clock out and go home

Getting the job but then starting that job my soul died

Pick up your slack stop being lazy were supposed to be a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nobody cares about your personal life or your family all they care about is you being present to work for them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and stop with your demands of us associates to pick up stuff u didn't want to do and there is no reason all three manages need to work EVERY morning shift all the time I feel there should be at least one manager on site during each shift!
