This was a very bad experiance. There is 0 support from "mentors" , the system is frequently down, but over loaded with loans that must get done quickly but overtime is strictly forbidden. Its a situation that some of us are set up to fail.

Benefits and PTO but never any time to take any PTO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to jump in and help in any way they can including jumping in the file to look around and help solve issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing what they say they will do or not do as in sticking with the maximum number of loans in your pipeline so that success is possible and not overloading us so that we will fail to meet expectations on time limits. Not giving last minute loans that must close in impossible time frames.
