The CEO has putchase three mansions during the pandemic. He blasts iy all over social media knowing they push employees to connect there, yet doesnt have performance or a mwtric system for staff in place. People havent had raises in 5+ years. He needs to focus on employees more and less on himself

The salary and discretionary time off, although they will likely get sued for disparities on allowing managers to use it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership should provide employees with performance reviews and training so people can grow. There is nothing worse than working for a company and not growing your slills. Leaders are responsoble for line level employees and should at least offer them a chance to better themselves ans enhance skil
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think if leadership doesnt care about employees the good ones will eventually leave. The company cant be successful of they dont treat their statf well. The CEO is very negative in company wide emails, threatens to fire teams and is condescending on town hall meetings.... which should be upbeat
