This company has turned into a sweatshop. The amount of pressure they put on employees is truly horrible. They keep laying off people and then expect the remaining employees to do the work with no regard to our personal life, health or well-being.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Health insurance is good, not great, but good
What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm not sure how to answer, the company was completely different when I started several years ago
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unfortunately it starts at the top. They push is all to do so much, very quickly.... but don't make a mistake or you'll be written up
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How about carrying about the employees, that would be a great start. They make it appear that OT is optional, but the expectation is to work until it's all done and that means OT, and lots of it.
