
Out of 19 LocalEdge employee reviews, 69% were positive. The remaining 31% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping LocalEdge improve their work culture.
Our leadership team supposedly has out best interests at heart, but it really only seems like it has theirs. The lower level employees are buries in work without the possibility for new hires to cut down the amount of work coming in. We lose people all the time and never refill the positions.
They pay workers too low and give them more work and new titles with no pay raise. They see employees as replaceable and do not pay enough to keep good workers.
Wage gap between executives and workers are large, but that isn't surprising. And for the industry in general my compensation isn't terrible, but it's also a struggle to make ends meet, especially since I've been with the company for over 12 years.
For the type of work and how much of it that comes through the door, the entire company feels burned out or are shifting position for one department to another to find out, the situation is the same throughout the company.
