- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They pay workers too low and give them more work and new titles with no pay raise. They see employees as replaceable and do not pay enough to keep good workers.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Wage gap between executives and workers are large, but that isn't surprising. And for the industry in general my compensation isn't terrible, but it's also a struggle to make ends meet, especially since I've been with the company for over 12 years.
