Loews has a very lucrative bonus structure for people in a management level role. In hourly roles, there are often many incentive programs offered.

Awesome company to work for

All they give us is discounts on rooms and access to the parks, but we don't even have time to do that because they don't let us have our time off on the holidays with our families, so it's not worth having it at all

I am very dissatisfied and would like to speak with someone from the presidency to inform them of various anomalies.
