Logically Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My base pay and comp

Review from Sales Dept

The Flexible PTO is nice

Review from Finance Dept

It's a fair package, unlimited PTO is nice but does not seem to be policed very well.

Review from Engineering Dept

Opportunity to earn as much as I can produce

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited PTO. Without that, it would be less competitive.

Review from IT Dept

The unlimited PTO is a nice touch

Review from Finance Dept

I like the fact with PTO it is not a set amount of hours which allows for more time spent to recharge.

Review from Sales Dept

best part of my compensation package is 401K

Review from Engineering Dept

The best part is when I receive it on time.

Review from Admin Dept

It is comprehensive and covers everything that I need.

Review from IT Dept

Unlimited PTO and 401k match

Review from IT Dept

Company contribution toward our HSA

Review from Customer Support Dept

The best thing about my compensation package is that it comes in my country's currency, the US Dollar. This eliminates the need to convert it to another currency. I particularly enjoy receiving dollars and encourage the company to send me as many as is feasible.

Review from Operations Dept

I was able to engage with leadership at some point to discuss compensation and we came to a mutual agreement on what compensation. So the best part about my comp package is that I was able to have that discussion and come to an agreement on it.

Review from Executive Dept

All perks are available... life, health, dental, and vision insurance and also 401k options.

Review from IT Dept

Pretty standard package...tuition reimbursement, 401k, medical, dental, vision.

Review from Executive Dept

My compensation is fair for my role, and I didn't have to fight tooth and nail for it. While I am a newer employee, negotiations during my hiring were short, sweet, and respected my needs and reasoning.

Review from IT Dept

Health care reimbursement for already having insurance.

Benefits are richer than market in the HSA seed money

Review from Executive Dept

The actual wages / paycheck.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think that as a company we are strapped for bandwidth and talent. Because of that, teams are forced to take on more than they, and employees, can handle. Because of budget, employees can't be compensated appropriately. To simply put it, if you are good at your job, you will be given 2X that.

We are severely underpaid compared to industry standards. The raises are non-existent along with bonuses, so there is literally nothing to motivate us. Especially with the work increasing, but nothing to show for it.

Review from IT Dept

The once a year merit increase window idea is terrible. If increases are only done in march, but you were hired in May, it effectively makes it almost 2 years before seeing a cost of living increase, barring any position change. Ridiculous. Especially for non-hourly employees who have no overtime

Review from IT Dept

401K Match a full 10% instead of only 3%, I would even accept 6% but not half.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Its hard to watch employees leave the company due to stress and being underpaid, everyone worked very hard the last few years, through a pandemic, and to come out the other side with so little a pay increase or any bonus hurts. Only reward for working hard is more work.

Review from IT Dept

I think as many responsibilities that we have we are not compensated fairly.

Review from HR Dept

Current salary is not market competitive. Continually requested to take on more responsibility with no salary increase.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel i am under paid compared to the others across my field for my years at the company and my skill set applied

Review from IT Dept

Continually asked to do more and then get a 2% raise for all my work and efforts. Compensate me fairly and provide raises that at least cover cost of living.

Review from IT Dept

Available upwards movement, promotion opportunities, fair-market salary, cost of living adjustments, performance bonuses, merit raises.

Review from Operations Dept

To be brutally honest, it's below market if not it's at the bottom of the market. Plus no Cola because you got a promotion. The bump in pay for promotion is at a minimal. There is more to this than can be written in a small box of 300 character limit.

Review from Engineering Dept

I would feel better if I were fairly paid considering my region and responsibilities. I am the lowest paid in my job category.

Review from Sales Dept

Overall compensation lags behind industry average

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel like salary could be higher for comparable position

Review from Admin Dept

Tools that are being developed don't work, and taking to long to fix, we are working way more than twice as hard and long. Work arounds that add multiple steps to do simple things. Can't say I make enough to deal with the added stress.

Review from Sales Dept

Seriously? You raised rates and asked sales to clean it up. Lied to us about what it was for and made us look stupid

Review from Engineering Dept

You tried to underpay me. The comp plan doesn't make sense. High achiever and then tat became the new benchmark. One Logically but the other side of the house makes more base and higher % per deal- what happens when core starts selling the same products you claim is why the other half gets paid more

Review from Sales Dept

My nephew is 19, has no degree and no certain but he makes money than I do.. your compensation is a joke!

Review from IT Dept

The market for cybersecurity talent pays much better than we do

Review from Sales Dept

It would be nice to be paid a competitive wage
