clear expectations of job responsibilities. The company is moving super fast but we have to stop and do the little things in order to be successful.
Review from Sales Dept
Focusing on the clients. Since we moved away from pods, I have noticed a consistent decline in customer satisfaction with Logically. This change may have helped the west coast, but it has seriously hurt the east coast. Also firing a ton of people right before Christmas with no warning wasnt cool

I just don’t feel like they are interested in me as a person nor helping me accomplish my career goals… they also need to do a better job communicating to e

Plan, test, vet, retest before changing things. STOP changing things because the deadline from Riverside is here and we'll just figure out all the kinks live on the team. You should understand you're own comp plan. Don't celebrate a high achiever and then make that high achievement the new benchmark

I think that as a company we are strapped for bandwidth and talent. Because of that, teams are forced to take on more than they, and employees, can handle. Because of budget, employees can't be compensated appropriately. To simply put it, if you are good at your job, you will be given 2X that.
We are severely underpaid compared to industry standards. The raises are non-existent along with bonuses, so there is literally nothing to motivate us. Especially with the work increasing, but nothing to show for it.
Review from IT Dept
The once a year merit increase window idea is terrible. If increases are only done in march, but you were hired in May, it effectively makes it almost 2 years before seeing a cost of living increase, barring any position change. Ridiculous. Especially for non-hourly employees who have no overtime

401K Match a full 10% instead of only 3%, I would even accept 6% but not half.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Its hard to watch employees leave the company due to stress and being underpaid, everyone worked very hard the last few years, through a pandemic, and to come out the other side with so little a pay increase or any bonus hurts. Only reward for working hard is more work.
Review from IT Dept
Well we work from home so it’s kind of hard

Less SLA/CSAT driven. Stop rewarding people who overextend themselves artifically. Stop pushing CSAT numbers and focus on retaining clients

A positive leadership team. This elt is only worried about how they look to Riverside

We were told not to use the word "fast" in 2023. It's still a mindset. I am someone who works fast and efficiently, so I have a huge red flag pop up when I am no longer working fast enough to get projects done. It's also when work gets sloppy and mistakes happen.
There are hardly any policy and procedures put in place, which makes me completing my day to day tasks take even longer. More and more work is getting pinned on our team, but nothing to show for it. Also, there is almost no recognition for the team.

Can't say without breaking anonymity.

Too many changes and expectations changing so rapidly. I am exhausted mentally most of the time. It also feels like certain departments are held to higher standards and expectations than others.

This company is in a death spiral, been through this with multiple companies in the past and they all do the same thing with little to no results. Do the thing that stems the bleeding of good techs = Pay people more across the board. Invest in your people and Logically will survive this spiral.
