It's cross-disciplinary - candidates get to talk to a diverse group of people with diverse job responsibilities and backgrounds

I loved the more casual vibe and that I meet team members from almost every department.

The interview process was in about 4 steps. An interview essay style, phone interview, in person interviews and a mock chat interview with a "customer". They really wanted it to be a two way street where they decided if I was the right fit & I could decide if they were the right fit for me.
