Delivery dates vary based on when you signed up and your subscription plan. Depending on your crate subscription, some will ship monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly. Based on the type of subscription you have, you may have the option of skipping a month/crate. The following subscriptions have this option available and will be able to skip a certain month's shipment by a specific date:

Loot Crate, Loot Crate DX, Loot Wear: before the 1st of each monthLoot Gaming: before the 5th of each monthLoot Anime:before the 10th of each month

You are not able to skip on our bi-monthly, Quarterly, or partner crates: Loot Sci-Fi, Marvel Gear + Goods, J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World, Sanrio Small Gift Crate, WWE Slam Crate, Deadpool Club Merc, Fallout Crate, and Star Trek Mission Crate. Depending on the day you subscribe you may not be able to skip the first crate on a new monthly subscription. Skips are not available for gift subscriptions.

You can skip a month subscription via your Manage Account page.

1. When logged into your Manage Account page and navigate to the Account tab, then select your subscription.

2. Once you've selected your subscription, under the Subscription Info section, select Payment Info

Once skipped, your billing date will be moved to the following month once you have clicked the skip button. For example, if you were previously to be billed January, your new billing date will be February. Your user account on Lootcrate.com will also give you the specific date in which you will be rebilled.

Once you've logged in, go to your Manage Account page, and select the subscription you want to skip. Under Subscription Info, click on Payment Info. On the bottom right, click the button to Cancel my subscription, where you will then be prompted to Skip a month.

If you would like to cancel, you can click the button to the right of the screen that says Cancel my Subscription.

Follow the remaining prompts to complete the cancellation process. This will cancel your subscription. Please note: Your account will reflect a Pending Cancellation status through the end of your subscription period. On the date currently shown as your next renewal date, the subscription will reflect the fully canceled status. You will be sent any remaining crates per your most recent renewal but will not be charged again moving forward. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email shortly after completing the cancellation process.

If your account is currently PAST DUE, the cancellation button will not be available. Please contact our support team by and they can assist with your cancellation.

Estimated shipping statuses can be found on your Accounts page when you are logged in by locating your crate and selecting See Shipment Info.

Please note: for our shirts we use flat measurements. The best comparison would be to lay flat a favorite shirt that currently fits you and measure it from armpit to armpit across the front. What is the premium bonus item option on the 1-month Loot Crate subscription plans?Were giving new Looters who sign up for a 1-month Loot Crate subscription the option to add a bonus premium item (items can range from collectibles to apparel and other awesome gear -- a $20+ value) to their plan.

How much will the bonus item cost?It will be about $12+S&H in addition to the crate cost.

Is this a recurring subscription add-on?Yes, the bonus item is a recurring subscription add-on. So subscribers who choose this option will be charged for their crate PLUS the add-on for as long asthey'resubscribed.

Will the add-on items always be past crate items?Our current plan is to offer Looter Favorite past items from other crate lines, but we may offer brand new gear in the future!

Where is the bonus add-on available?Currently, the bonus add-on is only available to 1-month subscribers in the United States.

Why did Loot Crate file for chapter 11 protection?

Loot Crate filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code to implement the sale of its business to Loot Crate Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of existing investor Money Chest LLC, while maintaining operations, continuing to ship goods and fulfill orders.

What does this mean for my subscription?

You do not need to do anything. Our buyer is providing us with new financing which allows us to continue our daily operations and our goal is to fulfill all of your subscriptions (past, present and future). Look for updates on deliveries soon.

Do I need to do anything with my subscription?

No. Your subscription is intact and you do not need to make any changes.

I didnt get a box like I was supposed to. Will it still come?

Yes. You can expect updates on any past deliveries soon. Thanks for your patience while we sort things out.

How will this impact my Loot Vault order?

Like Loot Crate subscriptions, the commitment for up to $10 million in new financing will support our goal of delivering all outstanding orders to the best of our ability and as soon as possible. Additional information will be provided as your order is processed.

Does Loot Crate have enough money to run its business?

Weve got a commitment for up to $10 million in new financing from our existing investor, Money Chest LLC to support normal operations throughout the brief sale process.

Does the filing impact shipping crates?

Yes, but in a good way. With the new financing, were able to finish out crates that had not been shipped. Look for updates on deliveries.

How long will Loot Crate be in chapter 11?

We expect the sale process to be completed in 45 days.

I heard Loot Sci-fi is going to be quarterly now, is that true?Yup! Were evolving Loot Sci-fi from a bi-monthly subscription to a quarterly subscription focused on full crate takeovers by the biggest and best sci-fi franchises! It all starts with our very next crate on sale 10/16!

Whats a takeover?That just means that every item in the crate will be from a single franchise. Full takeovers let us work with amazing partners behind the shows, movies, games and more that you love in order to deliver amazing gear we might not otherwise be able to. Its the ultimate experience for sci-fi super fans!

Do I have to sign up for the new quarterly plan?All current Loot Sci-fi subscribers will be automatically transitioned to the quarterly plan on November 15th, 2019.

When will the Loot Sci-fi crates ship?Our first quarterly crate is on sale until January 15th, 2020 and will ship February 1st to 15th. You can expect crates to arrive every 3 months going forward, starting in February.

Is the price changing now that Loot Sci-fi is a quarterly subscription?Yes. Loot Sci-fi will now deliver more premium gear 4x/year at $49.99/crate + S&H.

What ifI'malready a Loot Sci-fi subscriber? Will I be charged again?On November 15th, 2019, all current Loot Sci-fi subscribers will be transitioned to the new quarterly plan and have their subscriptions renewed at the new price (with a credit applied for multi-month subscriptions that have already been paid for).

Since Loot Sci-fis subscription plans are changing, will I still get the same amount of crates I signed up for?Current 1-crate subscriptions will be 1-crate quarterly subscriptions. 3-crate subscriptions will be transitioned to 1-crate quarterly subscriptions. Annual subscriptions will now be annual quarterly subscriptions.

What if I want to opt-out?If youd prefer to opt out, you must cancel your subscription online by October 20th, 2019.

What is Loot Launcher?Loot Launcher is a crowdfunding platform for crates curated by pop cultures best brands & biggest personalities.

In the rare case an item comes damaged or is missing, please contact our customer service team and we'd be happy to resolve your request. Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent and we requesta photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution. Damage to product packaging and crate boxes do not qualify for a replacement.

Issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment notification and allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship once confirmed by the support agent.

Please note: As a mystery style subscription we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for dissatisfaction of subscription contents.

If you find yourself needing to update the shipping address for your specific subscription, follow the steps listed below!

1. Navigate to the Manage Account Page

2. Make sure the Accounts tab is selected and click on your subscription.

3. Navigate to the Subscription Info section and click EDIT next to the Shipping Address option.

5.Enter your new shipping address. Keep in mind that the Country cannot be changed.

6.When done, just click theUpdatebutton to save your changes.

Please note, in effort to get crates to our subscribers as soon as possible, we begin processing shipments prior to the signup cutoff. As a result, all address updates should be made prior to the deadlines to ensure they are correctly reflected on your shipment. If you have to change your address while waiting for a crate please be sure to contact support after updating your shipping address.

Purchasing a Gift Subscription

The difference between a gift subscription and our recurring subscriptions is that the gift plans are a one-time payment and do not automatically renew. Gift subscriptions are currently available in the United States. The contents of each crate are the same as the crates that arrive monthly per theirspecific theme. You will not be charged if the recipient decides to make any future purchases and the recipient will not be able to see any payment information you have provided.

The gift recipient will receive notification that they received a gift subscription depending on your choice: either on the day of purchase or when the crate is planned to ship.

Receiving a Gift Subscription

If you received a gift subscription, head to our website by clicking this link to redeem and claim your gift subscription. You will be prompted to claim your account. It is not required to claim an account. That said, you will receive tracking notifications and have the ability to modify your shipping address and size once you claim the gift plan.

If you need to change any details on your subscription, such as shipping details or apparel sizing, make sure you have claimed your account. Once claimed, you can go into Manage Account and update the corresponding shipping address and size(s).

Important Gift Subscription Information

The skip-a-month feature is not available for gift subscriptions.

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Crates will be shipped in our signature Loot Crate boxes and delivered to the recipient of the gift subscription.

If the person you are purchasing a gift subscription for is already a Loot Crate subscriber, that person can log in and apply their gift redemption code to their account.

Do Gift Subscriptions renew automatically?

Gift subscriptions do not renew.

What is the Adult Swim Limited Edition Crate?A limited edition, one-time-only bundle of items celebrating Robot Chicken.

What happened to the Adult Swim Box from Box Boulevard?As of 11/28/2018, we are excited to announce that Loot Crate will be handling all Box Boulevard/Adult Swim subscription boxes moving forward. The next crate will feature Robot Chicken and is expected to be delivered in Fall 2019.

I was not an Adult Swim Box subscriber. Can I still purchase this crate?Yes, you can buy this limited edition crate even if you werent a previous Adult Swim Box subscriber.

If you start your subscription anytime before the deadline, you will get that current months crate as your first Loot Crate. If you sign up after the deadline, your first Loot Crate will be the following months crate.

For example, if you sign up for Loot Crate on April 18th your first crate will be the April Loot Crate, or if you sign up for Loot Crate on April 21st your first crate will be the May Loot Crate.

Shipping Time for New International Subscribers

For international subscribers, your package should arrive within 12 - 14 business days from the day of the second scan on your tracking number (excluding holidays and weekends) and may only update as far as clearing customs in your country.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

If you are unable to log into your account, first we ask that you check your email for a confirmation of your purchase. Please contact our support team if you do not have a confirmation email, as its likely there was a typo in the email address entered during the checkout process.

If you do have the confirmation email, try using the forgot password link to have a reset link sent to you. This will allow you to reset the password for your account and you should successfully gain access at that point.

Your user account will lock after 5 unsuccessful login attempts.

Once your account has locked you will receive an email with unlock instructions.

All you need to do is click on the Unlock My Account link and it will direct you to the correct page to unlock your account. You will need to change your password from there.

If you have any issues unlocking your account you may submit a support ticket and one of our support agents will be more than happy to assist you. Please include your full shipping name and address when sending your request so we can find your account.

How does it work?

To get your $5 credit, please do the following:

You as the Referrer need to set up a Loot Crate account! You don't have to subscribe to a crate yet*, but you do have to at least sign up to receive our newsletters (Plus, youll get awesome geeky updates from those!)

You send your friend a Referral. You can do this in one of several ways:

You can email your personal referral URL (i.e., pURL) to your friend directly and ask that they click on it prior to purchasing their subscription

You can post your pURL to your social accounts and ask your friends to click it

You can log in to lootcrate.com and refer a friend via the Refer-a-Friend widget (can be accessed from My Account Refer-a-Friend Store Credits Refer a Friend button OR at www.lootcrate.com/share

After your friend clicks your pURL or the link in the email you send via the Refer-a-Friend widget, they have to purchase one of our many crates, including Loot Crate, Loot Crate DX, Loot Wear, Loot Anime, Loot Gaming and more!

Wait Your friends first crate must SHIP before your credit is applied.

You will receive your $5 credit the month AFTER your friends first crate actually SHIPS.

Thats it! Then just rinse & repeat ;)

*Please note: Credit will notappear until your friend'sfirst crate ships.

When should I see the money credited to my account?

The month AFTER your friends first crate SHIPS from our warehouse. Yes, that means it may take up to 2 or even 3 months before you see your credit, depending on when your friend purchased in our crate cycle or if the crate they ordered is a monthly or bi-monthly subscription. Were working to make this turnaround shorter, but for now you will receive it by this time!

Can I apply my $5 to ANY crate?

Nope, sorry - not yet. We will apply the reward automatically to your oldest active recurring subscription. So for example: If you subscribed to Loot Crate and then Loot Crate DX later, and you referred a friend, the $5 credit will be applied to your Loot Crate account.

Can I pick WHEN to use my $5

Nope, sorry again - we're working on this option for the future. For now, $5 will be applied to your NEXT billing cycle after we validate your friends purchase.

When will I know I have a Credit?

Just go to My Account. Then click the Store Credits tab. You should see a count of the credits you've earned. Just remember again, it may take up to a month after your friend purchases a crate for you to see your credits!

What happens to my credits if I cancel my account?

Well if you (referrer) cancels your account, you would lose out on receiving the reward if you deleted your account all together. However, if you simply paused your subscription, then the credits would just accumulate and activate after you resume your old subscription or buy a new active subscription. Either way, even if you do cancel your account, your friend would still get their $5.

Is there a limit to this thing?

Nope! Refer as many friends as you want! As often as you want! Earn as many $5 credits as you can! Four referrals in the same month will about equal one free crate on your end, so go for it. :)

How will you know my friend signed up through ME?

Your personal referral link - a.k.a. pURL - is how well know to give you the credit (and your friend) for the referral. If your friend doesnt click your pURL link and does not come to our website through either the pURL, email or Social post that you put up, then wewon'tknow to attribute credit to both of you for the purchase. They have to click that link before they purchase a crate to get the $5 off and for you to get your $5 credit.

Tracking will be available once your has shipped. We send an e-mail notification with tracking information once your crate has shipped and it will also be available on your Manage Account page.

Tracking is typically sent close to the expected delivery date. If the expected delivery date for the crate has passed and you have not yet received your crate or tracking, please log into your user account and check the status of your shipment via the tracking information within your user account.

If tracking is not available on your user account and the expected delivery date for the crate has passed please reach out to our support team by submitting a so they can assist in tracking down your crate.

Once you click the "Upgrade Crate" button, you will see the above screen. You can select the plan from the drop down, see the amount you are going to pay, and then click the "submit" button to finish the process!

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax is based on the shipping address. Sales tax rate take in effect at the time you purchase the product or on a renewal*. We will charge tax only in states where the goods sold over the internet is taxable.

Payment options

Our systemcan process any card that bears a major card brand logo (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners, AmEx.) Amazon Pay is available for US only.

Our system does not accept pre-paid gift cards. Even though we can process them, thisdoesn't mean that the banks will allow the transactions to go through. Prepaid cardsmight run successfully on one-off transactions but are oftendeclined on recurring transactions.

When your renewal is unsuccessfully processed, the subscription will be put into a Past Due status. You will receive periodic emails notifying you that we are unable to renew the account where a billing update link will be provided.

While your account is past due, it will be on hold from any shipments but will not be canceled until a final renewal failure. Depending on the type of decline, the billing system will periodically attempt the renewal across a 30 day period.

The automated billing system will cycle again within 24 hours, and should be able to processthe charge if all of the billing information is correct. Your account will go back to active status once it is able to processthe renewal charge.

If successfully renewed, you will be moved back to active status and processed any applicable crates asap. Once the crate is processed, a tracking notification will be sent.

If your original renewal date qualifies your subscription for a recent shipment, you will be shipped that months crate once the charge is successfully processed.

Updating Your Payment

To update your paymentinformation, simply log in and navigate to your Manage Account page, and select your subscription. Once you've selected your subscription click on the Payment Info option under Subscription Info.

Loot Crate will sometimes have coupons that can be used to receive a lower price on a subscription. Coupons apply for new subscriptions and are not valid for reactivations, renewals, or upgrades unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

To use a coupon code simply check the Have a Coupon code? box then enter the coupon.

You will need to login to your User Account to redeem your code. This will bring you to the Digital Comics page, where you can see the comics you have collected, and to get your special code for that month!

Since we work with various partners to bring you something Epic each month, the method of redemption will vary slightly month to month. Each month's digital download is tied to your subscription, if you did not have an active subscription for a month you will not have access to the digital download.To redeem, you can head to lootcrate.com/pins/animepins or log into your user account, click the manage account tab, and click the Loot Anime Pins option.

This will bring you to the Loot Pins homepage, where you can see what pins you have collected, see what digital content each month holds, and get your special code for that month!

If you would like to exchange your shirt due to size error or fit, please reach out to our awesome Customer Support team and provide a picture of the shirt tag received and shirt for our records within your email. Depending on inventory availability and agent discretion, replacements will be submitted by a member of our customer support team. If a requested size is no longer in stock, we will make an effort to provide a different available size.

All replacements or exchanges are at the discretion of our Support Team.Lastly, please make sure to update your shirt size on your User Account to prevent any future sizing issues.
