What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do seem to want to hear from employees and get feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation is pretty great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very underpaid
I'm making considerably below market rate for my role, and less than comparable employees here. Would be nice to get 401k match

We definitely work well together.
The team has a diverse set of skills and talents and we each learn from one another

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We bring in people who have tenured careers in corporate settings, unable to adjust and do the full scope of work and given a director title

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly for the most part
It's wide open for potential, there are some genuinely great people trying to do the right thing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Increased transparency, increased accountability, checks and balances, end of nepotism, and discipline.

The interview process was comfortable and allowed me to be honest with my abilities.
