Yearly raises are tied to goals and projects, but no matter how well you do, the raise is always 3%. That barely covers Cost of Living increases.
The best thing is respectful and understanding team.
There is no transparency, so different departments are usually working on overlapping projects without knowing it.
The most positive is people is laid back if you do your job.
Better communication. Better treatment of employees. Recognition of hard work
So what I like most is respectful interview with good questions.

What makes me happy is the respectful environment .
The more work I complete, the more tasks I am given with no recognition and no pay increase. I have taken on 2 complete other job functions in addition to my own, and have received no compensation for it.
The health insurance and benefits are awesome
Lean up the bloated "Executive" group and streamline our processes . Stop adding complexity to our already complex systems
