What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fixed salary is a bit low industry average, but good pension, bonus and stock schemes
Summer Fridays! We get off on Fridays during the summer after lunch.
Its is very comprehensive and satisfactory
my health insurance and disability insurance
One of the few companies in the USA that still offers a pension plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because i work very hard and have been loyal to the company for so long
L'Oreal needs to pay their people market rate

They are smart and have good energy
Super collaborative and dynamic. Everybody has a different background, so you're able to create well rounded ideas.
We try to have fun
They are cooperative with us and we get along well.

less back stabbing, more work

You're the owner of your future. L'Oreal is very networking heavy so you're not stuck in one path or field

There's not a lot of process so you're free to innovate and pitch new ideas, ways of working, etc.
Designing new ideas and creating beautiful things
