Los Alamos National Laboratory Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Being appreciated for my efforts.

accomplishing set goals and transistioning to the next project

I like that I am independent. My boss trusts me and I deliver.

the interaction with professionals and colleagues

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Cultural apathy and indifference is rampant. I wonder if an experienced mentor with a progressive set of goals might give structure to a new-hire process that is devoid of guidance.

Co-workers provide a toxic environment, only attitude changes can improve work experience. Dread work everyday.

I don't enjoy going to work with no leadership and nothing to work towards.
