They pay women lower because they lack diversity and inclusion.

You have to take mandatory five vacations days off from your own time during their annual Christmas shutdown. As a new employee, this make its difficult to accumulate enough hours to have two weeks paid vacation as it comes out of your own time. Not even Christian.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

In our group, the team members are overwhelmed. Interaction is a strained forced political correctness. What if we gathered for a meal every Thursday afternoon and swapped stories of overcoming obstacles. Tremendous learning opportunity.

Employee are toxic catty people who have a problem with women and young people. Very old co-workers who consistently keep company back due their lack of education in their field.

We need a leader in the department to manage things. Currently, my coworkers and I just kind of fumble around determining for ourselves who does what and our manager doesn't seem to care to manage the department.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managment has a my way or the highway approach to things, so we are short handed cause the highway has jobs

Older people need to be more open to new ideas as well as get rid of attitude towards females and younger co-workers.

I think the company should invest in some manager training and development and promote people to managers if they possess the necessary skills, not based on popularity.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Cultural apathy and indifference is rampant. I wonder if an experienced mentor with a progressive set of goals might give structure to a new-hire process that is devoid of guidance.

Co-workers provide a toxic environment, only attitude changes can improve work experience. Dread work everyday.

I don't enjoy going to work with no leadership and nothing to work towards.
