What makes you most happy at work?
The respect I receive from everyone. I feel I am doing worthwhile work and can make an difference in my community.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR really explained what my job would be like. Then I met with the department heads and they were honest sharing expectations.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation structure isn't great if you are hired between July and December but otherwise it is a good plan. The 401K plan is a nice perk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My kitchen is like the United Nations. There is much respect, understanding and support. I feel I can go to HR with any issue and they will work with me to fine solution. Managers and Supervisors work together and set a great example..
