Not being discouraging. Very un happy with the way attendance and call ofs and vacation time work. There is bo start time between 7 am and 2:30 pm. I need to start at 9. They do not care about you at all at this job. Everybody here is depressed or depressed and doesnt speak english. Food in caf sux

Caring for employees. Actually lead & set a good example. Treat employees like human beings. Provide safer work conditions.

They need to learn to listen to the employees that are working daily at the airport and get their feedback and have weekly or monthly meetings, it's not a one-way street to lead a company.

Leadership team needs to get better at communication and being more understanding

Communication & transparency, stop treating the field CSCs like ugly step-children

The vacation structure isn't great if you are hired between July and December but otherwise it is a good plan. The 401K plan is a nice perk.

que los cargo que uno desempeña no es acorde con lo que trabaja un auxliar no tiene ninguna interacion con cocinar si mas bien es un apoyo para los maestro y ayudante pero no cocina y uno hace esa función de maestro no siendo el sueldo acuerde con lo que se desempe

Higher wage for work that is complete. More benefits with a legit company 401k with higher company match. Holiday pay from day 1 of employment. Flight beneifits. Supply employees with whole foods. Not vending machines.

Due to the fact that we are doing duties that are the drivers and to make matters worse to see a benefit of pay we have to work overtime and one of our days off.

I'm doing the jobs & work of three people with no recognition; training and ongoing education are non-existent; if you wish to purse there is no tuition reimbursement program

My kitchen is like the United Nations. There is much respect, understanding and support. I feel I can go to HR with any issue and they will work with me to fine solution. Managers and Supervisors work together and set a great example..

HR doesnt want to hire the right people and properly distributed work load

There s large disconnect between HQ and the field, HQ issues new rules and directives without explaining the changes, just expecting the field to carry them out whether or not they make sense
