You cannot work from home...all work is done at the site and needs to go to airport.

They were great for the most part. Those who were difficult were, I feel, fighting to keep their particular business models viable; that's always an issue in any company. But generally skilled and excellent people.

In Communications, it's tough. It's a dynamic, challenging business, so you'd be putting in long hours on an as-needed basis. That doesn't mean it isn't flexible; it can be. But all-hands-on-deck occurred at least every couple of months for me, resulting in 12 to 16 hour days, sometimes all nighters.
