What is the best part about your compensation package?

There isn't one that I know of.

This year their were multiple options for heathcare as someone who doesnt go to the doctor alot it was nuce to be able to take a lower premium healthcare cost.

Competitive Salary with small bonus opportunity.

Paid vacation time is generous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is fairly common to be berated or blamed here

Well, raises would be a start

I basically absorbed a position when that employee left and have never been compensated for it. I feel the position I am in deserves a $2-$3/hr raise.

good reviews, but compensation has not kept up with inflation; late salary increases the past 2 years, low bonuses

Pay is very weak compared to most companies. The company raises are only 3% and they’re a billion follow company
