Customer service on the phone is abysmal Questions are stonewalled, operators are insulting and NOT helpful

Again you get what you give if you dont show up with a positive attitude you are just going to oush your negativity onto others.

What's the work from home policy like at LTCG?
some groups allow it more than others. It's dependent upon your manager's view. If you have a manager who judges you on the work you produce, they are more likely to allow it. Other managers don't believe you are really working unless they can see you. Either way, you need to be judicious in your use of WFH.
