What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very experienced and great chemistry amongst leaders
Respect and vlaue amoungst the team. Solid helpful culture with purpose driven work.
They will not help when you tell them you don't understand something.
They are open and willing to listen to your concerns. I have always felt that they took an effort to get to know us individually and we are not just a number to them.
The leadership team is dedicated to supporting the employees and providing an atmosphere for success.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, taking care of employees
develop employees, promote from within, care about employee career growth, match careers with company needs
Family oriented, understand a team that’s lacking support needs support
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There isn't one that I know of.
This year their were multiple options for heathcare as someone who doesnt go to the doctor alot it was nuce to be able to take a lower premium healthcare cost.
Competitive Salary with small bonus opportunity.
Paid vacation time is generous.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is fairly common to be berated or blamed here
Well, raises would be a start
I basically absorbed a position when that employee left and have never been compensated for it. I feel the position I am in deserves a $2-$3/hr raise.
good reviews, but compensation has not kept up with inflation; late salary increases the past 2 years, low bonuses
Pay is very weak compared to most companies. The company raises are only 3% and they’re a billion follow company
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness ot help each other. Great leadership. Silo mentality at times can be a problem.
All are willing to pitch in and help each other. They are willing to share knowledge with each other and gain experience.
LTCG has amazing employees! You will find longevity, dedication and kindness. Everyone rolls-up their sleeves and helps each other.
My team is very much a team. We help each other out without any hesitation. We work together to solve problems and have a good time at work while maintaining professionalism. I love my coworkers!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing my coworkers are great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's independent work. It is what I make it.
Again you get what you give if you dont show up with a positive attitude you are just going to oush your negativity onto others.
Everyone wanting others to succeed and put a quality product in from of the client.
The company values and mission. Most everyone tries to achieve success and be helpful to our consumers.
Supportive mgmt. and co-workers and incentive programs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work life balance. More work at home options
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everything is long distance for the RN who does the assessments for the insurance companies.
They do a good job letting you know if it is going to take a while to hire and on another note if you interview from outside the company and they feel you fit in a different position thats open they let you know.
Ability to meet with several members of the C-suite
Interview with upper Management and not just reporting manager. It was done quickly, including the offer.

knowing that my work has meaning.
My team, I enjoy working with them and consider them friends.
Making our customers happy and interacting with co-workers.
My coworkers and the fact that my workload is varied and I rarely do the same task twice in one day.
There is new and challenging work to be involved with.
