personal time off, flexibility and retirement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My personal (and somewhat unique) position is at a low-skill pay rate and structure compared to the skill involved as well as my personal training and experience. However salaries here are competitive. But PTO policies leave a lot to be desired.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're always there to lend a hand and they're all incredibly intelligent
