How long do the interviews usually take at Luckie & Company?
It will vary a lot from department to department, but my interview process was one phone call with my potential manager, one call with the CTO and HR, then an office tour and skills test. The whole process took about a week.
What are you most excited about working at Luckie & Company?
PTO is generous, and opportunities to work with large-scale clients.
What's the office vibe like at Luckie & Company?
It can be cool, but most times people are very stressed and/or too busy. Collaboration has become more difficult.

Wonderful. Couldn't say better things about them.

You'll meet with your team/department head, and perhaps one other person in leadership, as well as with HR. Expect 3-4 individual meetings.
What part of Luckie & Company's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Luckie is going through a bit of an identity crisis. We're not quite sure of what we offer people. Strategic business seems to be growing, but tactical/execution business is lagging behind.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Luckie & Company?
I would improve internal collaboration amongst the creative teams.
What do people at Luckie & Company think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
CEO has tremendous reputation. People enjoy working for him.
How's the work life balance at Luckie & Company?
Difficult. Company praises people who go above and beyond in terms of hours. People who work late/work on weekends are more likely to receive praise.
Does Luckie & Company have any remote positions?
Yes. They make exceptions for certain individuals. And they adopt occasional work from home days.
How does Luckie & Company make decisions around promotions?
I wouldn't know. I've been with the company over 4 years, and I have never received a promotion.
How's the vacation policy at Luckie & Company?
PTO Days are very generous. I think I have, like, 25 this year. But finding time to take days off is difficult. Company culture values working long hours/weekends.
