Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the Birmigham leaders and the way the company cares - they are always working to make things better. Can't say as much about Atlanta - don't work there. Lots of change but I can go talk about it with anyone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Implemening a process and training new employees. Theyre also laying off people rapidly. They also write fake reviews to save face on job seeking sites.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work is not good.
My salary is not competitive with the current market based off of my skill sets and experience. On a bellcurve, I fall below average.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consists of motivated, caring professionals that enact principles of hard work and innovation, always willing to push the envelope.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are divided and uninviting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is nice
Everyone is recognized from leadership, for their value and hard work.
the people make the environment - they pick great people for the team. dogs, donuts, kickball, good events for meetings

Hiring process is easy and quick but dishonest
Management came well prepared with questions, and seemed genuinely interested in my history.
