Having found my vocation, and knowing that I wouldn't want to be doing anything other than what I am doing now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is not competitive with the current market based off of my skill sets and experience. On a bellcurve, I fall below average.
