  • Nothing competitive. And that’s why we have no proffesionals

  • Not at all good as since 1986 we have lost benefits every contract. Seemingly to pay for pointless,fruitless programs.

  • None you been taking our pension our benefits and we continue to loose. Maybe that's one reason you are not getting anymore professional employees who make it a career. The cost of apprenticeship is greater then the labor you said we get once you reduced everyone wages. Wake the fk up

  • Anymore these days they are here we train them then they go to collage or get better paying jobs. Soooo the investment you put into cheaper labor don’t pay. Be nice to see wages increase to attract professionals.

  • Most are green!. No training not oversight and plain lazy!. A very few are honest hard working and very good at what they do!. Let them use their creativity and imagination to make money for your pockets. Also who bought the new Chinese uniforms?. There is a yes man
