that I can be frank and no need to express diplomatically

they should show real interest in opinions and change their way of decision making ("I knows best...)

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I would appreciate to have more self reflecting superiors - they don`t have their job for cultivating their idleness

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

undervalued - so many leadership and talent programms, but only for follower and apple-polisher - no interest in real good people

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

in direct contact to customers every day I get a quite detailes impression of their feelings about Lufthansa products. PLS less promises and more performance

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

on new view of people - we are not any more in 1900. If motivation is systematically and continuesly destroyed, than no wonder about low interest
