If you could put your spouse on your insurance.
If we could actually sell our stock. It is worthless and it has been years since we could sell it.

They work well together and have respect for each other

Fewer meetings with fewer people. Meetings with 20 people are worthless.

It has lost the culture that made it successful while changing out CEOs that want to turn it into Lowe’s or Harbor Freight

Four hours worth of interviews are too much. Have more panels and keep them to less than 3 hours.
