What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their heart's in the right place but they're not taking the bold steps needed to realize their vision (shedding non-contributing assets).
I think the leadership is great, people do great things here and it makes me very happy and makes me stay positive.

Apparently fair and neutral metrics
Face to face interview...the assessment is horrible
Can't remember too much but it was pretty easy and the HR lady was super nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility options, benefits, PTO, being appreciated and respected by my teammates and coworkers, bring trusted to do my job and do it well, and being understood and completely open with my boss all the time.
That its such a positive work environment. Everyone is super nice, and works together.
