The work culture is pretty bad but the above average pay, bonus and RSUs make up for that.
Bad from the get go. All the codebases are a mess. Tools are antiquated. Bureaucracy everywhere, no good deadlines, no reasonable expectations. Felt like I was being scapegoated since month 3 (spoiler alert: I was right). The only redeeming factor was coworkers (most of whom left).
