Lumi is a place of continuous learning. A big take away is learning how to be nimble to business need changes. Exec turnover rate has been high, which has provided a 'teach yourself' environment & occasionally it's felt as if I did not have the support necessary to be successful in my role.
Great team camaraderie, lots of personal friendships have developed outside of the office. Team is super supportive of each other and always helpful in providing assistance/guidance/training when needed!
