The Lumi leadership team is transparent, innovative, and forward-thinking.
Jesse has done a great job at getting the right people in the right seats on the bus -- each Exec is a true A player in their domain. The Exec team is highly transparent about decision making, and this makes it easier to get each IC and non-exec managers rowing in the same direction.
The leadership teams brings together skills in knowledge that you can't find anywhere else in this industry
Lumi's leadership team is dynamic. There's a lot of varying personalities, but it definitely plays to their advantage when making critical decisions. Managers care deeply about their direct reports' career trajectories and do what they can to build the right set of skills for personal growth.
Review from Operations Dept
The willingness to try new things and experiment, especially at a rapid pace. This is not a team that is afraid to fail.
The team needs to be transparent and aligned. The leadership team informs workers of changes or hires after they already happen, keeping all info close to the vest. The leadership team is also under-qualified to lead departments and provide strategy, and typically look at only day to day
Great health insurance and flexible vacation policy.
equity component + benefits are solid; sales upside for over attainment could be more generous
Getting to work from home
Competitive equity package and variable

The ability to work remotely when needed!
Compensation plans are constantly changing, in line with our continual business model changes. While we're always pivoting for success, it's important to consider the moving target goals that are seem increasingly impossible to hit.
There has been a trend of men making more than women at Lumi for doing the same job. Benefits are insanely expensive and company only covers 100% of HMO option.
Team members are great and work together nicely. We all understand the busy work and try to keep each other positive
My team is filled with some of the most intelligent and intuitive people. I feel like I have the opportunity to learn something new from each of them, every day.
Great team camaraderie, lots of personal friendships have developed outside of the office. Team is super supportive of each other and always helpful in providing assistance/guidance/training when needed!
how capable they are at getting a highly antiquated group of stakeholders (the manufacturers we work with) to change their service level to best accommodate the needs and expectations of the modern CPG and DTC brands we work with
People at Lumi are the smartest and kindest I've ever worked with. It is rare to find that combination, and makes work really fun.

transparency in executive level decisions, how & why they were made, and company wide implications. also that we can really rely on our team to get things done -- few balls get dropped at Lumi
The spirit of collaboration and openness. Everyone is really excited to work on hard problems and solve them together.
It's so clear that everyone wants to win ~ there are no weak links in the chain, so to speak.

the work that we do has a real impact in the physical world -- both in terms of reducing material waste, and just in the fact that millions of people touch the packaging produced through Lumi
Having time to focus on deep work.
Lumi fosters a really open environment to learn new skills quickly and challenges its employees in a healthy manner with aggressive goal. This type of environment allows creative and innovative problem-solving ideas to shine.
Review from Operations Dept
Getting to work on solving problems that feel unique and difficult, but not impossible.
Interacting with my colleagues and solving problems
Review from Operations Dept
CEO has many blindspots as a younger leader who has pretty much always worked for herself. Tone of meetings and conversations with the CEO can feel juvenile, insensitive and hostile at times. Micromanagement is an issue. Senior leadership/exec team constantly seems stressed from treatment by CEO.
