- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The team needs to be transparent and aligned. The leadership team informs workers of changes or hires after they already happen, keeping all info close to the vest. The leadership team is also under-qualified to lead departments and provide strategy, and typically look at only day to day
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation plans are constantly changing, in line with our continual business model changes. While we're always pivoting for success, it's important to consider the moving target goals that are seem increasingly impossible to hit.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There has been a trend of men making more than women at Lumi for doing the same job. Benefits are insanely expensive and company only covers 100% of HMO option.
