Having time to focus on deep work.
Lumi fosters a really open environment to learn new skills quickly and challenges its employees in a healthy manner with aggressive goal. This type of environment allows creative and innovative problem-solving ideas to shine.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO has many blindspots as a younger leader who has pretty much always worked for herself. Tone of meetings and conversations with the CEO can feel juvenile, insensitive and hostile at times. Micromanagement is an issue. Senior leadership/exec team constantly seems stressed from treatment by CEO.
