transparency in executive level decisions, how & why they were made, and company wide implications. also that we can really rely on our team to get things done -- few balls get dropped at Lumi

The spirit of collaboration and openness. Everyone is really excited to work on hard problems and solve them together.

It's so clear that everyone wants to win ~ there are no weak links in the chain, so to speak.
