What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are strong committed to grow the company's people and give them opportunities and challenges

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team needs to be more open minded and tolerant of new hires. Leadership team needs to be less hostile and less draconian.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, benefits, and annual bonus are good.

Great healthcare package and dental plan
Retirement Plan is very hard to beat
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we got paid as much as our installers
If services was paid the same amount as the dealers that we support. We do not expect to be paid like company owners, but if we could leave and work private for dealers, and make twice our current salary.. that is an issue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together very well
Leadership, team work, and positive
The team that I lead is wonderful. The collobaration is terrific and the communication is open.
Kind, incredibly smart, good communication
The team is very versatile and always seeks to be collaborative when discovering best practices

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door culture and the promotion programs very nice way to recognize people's effort
The people are nice and friendly
The company culture is extremely negative. The company is focused on the negative despite the company's success. The negative culture stems from the founder, who was extremely negative and harsh.
We are growth oriented and the 5 principles are upheld

What did you like most about the interview process?
The people were very kind and transparent, and there were several stages and several people involved, which made the process more consensual in reaching a decision.
It was interactive and difficult
It was thorough and they are very particular in the type of candidates they are looking for
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make it less burdensome. I invested ~ 36 hours in interviews before the offer was extended. The interviewing process was exhausting. I spent 2 full days on-site inteviewing from 7 AM - 6 PM.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunities to get involved in projects and improvements
Achieving savings for the company
Work place environment and the team
Interacting with sharp colleagues on a day to day basis
