Having worked with one of the major distributors of Lutron ,I would say they have solutions for every type of building.

Challenging but also very rewarding

Successful company, strong technology. Company culture is hostile and intolerant of new persectives. Compensation is competitive with generous bonuses. Environment is stressful and advancement is politically motivated. Challenging place to work for mid career hires.

Great job, great company, great leadership- Compensation is lackluster if you are in services. We are not your standard customer service or technical support, but we are compensated as if we were. We are technical experts and often are supporting dealers that make anywhere from 2x-3x+ what we do.

Hire a specific type of young person. A smart person who is not smart enough to realize its a dead end career. Proud to work for a huge name brand company so proud you are expected to work long hours for very little pay. I woukd not drink the koolaid here. STAY AWAY

If we got paid as much as our installers

If services was paid the same amount as the dealers that we support. We do not expect to be paid like company owners, but if we could leave and work private for dealers, and make twice our current salary.. that is an issue.

The people are nice and friendly

The company culture is extremely negative. The company is focused on the negative despite the company's success. The negative culture stems from the founder, who was extremely negative and harsh.

It was thorough and they are very particular in the type of candidates they are looking for

Make it less burdensome. I invested ~ 36 hours in interviews before the offer was extended. The interviewing process was exhausting. I spent 2 full days on-site inteviewing from 7 AM - 6 PM.
