What would you improve about your company's interview process?Make it less burdensome. I invested ~ 36 hours in interviews before the offer was extended. The interviewing process was exhausting. I spent 2 full days on-site inteviewing from 7 AM - 6 PM.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team needs to be more open minded and tolerant of new hires. Leadership team needs to be less hostile and less draconian.
