What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation package is above the average local in industry

No any bonus and any hidden components. Given health insurance as a bonus to all employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In spite of giving my best, I am underpaid. To top it up there is no hike in past 18 months and in foreseeable future.

the salary is lower than in the market

Salary review is so long and you should remind that to your manager each 1-1 meeting and its can take more than 1 year or it can be insignificant

I don't feel underappreciated at all

They understand the needs of their clients and are capable of developing and implementing solutions that meet current industry standards. However, there is a need to improve attention to their own employees. It seems that at times, employees may feel undervalued, which can affect their motivation.

no bonuses for my role

benefits beyond the government minimum, such as health options, dental care, retirement, stock options, bonuses, a regular inflation-adjustment raise, extra days off, etc.

Not upto market compensation. The package which they are providing is very less compared to the market.

I think market rates are higher than I am being paid
